Alanna K. Anker, 54, of Wausau, passed away on Monday, June 1, 2015, at Aspirus Wausau Hospital. She was born to Allen and Lois (Lanigan) Anker in Iola on July 26, 1960. Alanna was a graduate of Marathon High School and the McConnell School.
She was a caring and kind person that was always willing to lend a hand to those that needed some help, which was reflected in her wish to be an organ donor. Alanna had a love of family, animals, and flowers. She was always grateful for the love and companionship of her service dog, Cleo.
Survivors include her mother, Lois; brothers and sisters, Suzzett (Duane "Mushy") Myszka, Barry (Carole) Anker, Lynnette (Donald) Myszka, Victoria (Allen) Westphal, and Douglas (Lisa) Anker; nephews and nieces, Brian Myszka, Chad Myszka, Jacquelyn (Joel) Hunter, Trevor (Danni) Anker, Tyson Anker (Angela Wawrzyniakowski), Nathan (Maggie) Myszka, Faith (Rick) Stengl, Erin Myszka, Jordan (Bekki) Westphal, Chelsea (Antoine) Roberts, and Nick (Ashley) Anker; and 19 great-nephews and nieces.
She was preceded in death by her father and best friend, Allen; nephews, Robby Myszka and Tracy Anker; and great-nephew, Thomas Myszka.
A private family memorial service was held at Trinity Lutheran Church, Wausau.
