Audeen Richetto

Audeen D. Richetto, 89, of Wausau was received into the presence of his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ early Wednesday morning, April 29, 2015, surrounded by his family at the Aspirus Wausau Hospital.
He was born September 13, 1925, in Tomahawk, WI, to the late Emilio and Alice (Hewitt) Richetto. Audeen graduated from Wausau High School in the Class of 1943. He was then drafted into the United States Marines where he served in the South Pacific during World War II and was awarded a Purple Heart for his bravery. Following his military service he returned to Wausau where he was united in marriage on May 19, 1951 to Jeanette Lucht.
He worked as a driver and salesman for Stueber's Dairy and later started Audeen Richetto Distributing where he distributed Golden Guernsey dairy products.
Audeen's passion in life was serving his Lord and family. He enjoyed reading his Bible, attending services, leading Bible studies for young and old, and teaching at Grace and Truth Chapel. He was a devoted husband and father, leaving a legacy of love and faith to his children and grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife, Jeanette, of 63 years, his children, Janice (Michael) Juedes of Wausau, Dean (Cindi) Richetto of Maple Grove, MN, and Jill (Greg) Dietz of Wausau, eleven grandchildren, Micah (Lindsey), Bethany, Julia, Josiah (Beth), Kristin (Eric), Ray, Ryan, Kelly, Graciella, Joanna, and Lydia, and three great-grandchildren, Jamin, Anneka and Eiley.
Audeen was preceded in death by a granddaughter Alissa Richetto, two sisters, Margaret Stavrakis and Tracella Curler and a brother Emil Richetto.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, May 2, 2015 at the Helke Funeral Home, 302 Spruce St. Wausau. Visitation will be held on Friday, May 1, 2015 from 4-7 p.m. at the funeral home and after 10:00 a.m. Saturday. Burial will follow at Pine Grove Cemetery, Wausau.
Memorials will be directed to Grace and Truth Publishing in Danville, Illinois.
