Beatrice Gebert, 98, formerly of Medford, died March 31, 2010 at Golden Living Center, Fort Atkinson, WI.
Beatrice was born September 20, 1911 in Wisconsin to the late Arthur and Vera (Bowen) McCarthy. She married Frank Gebert Sr. in Medford, WI., Frank preceded her in death on May 15, 1991.
Beatrice is survived by her 9 children; Lynn (Carol) Gebert of Oconto, Frank Gebert Jr. of Wausau, Henrietta Wildman of Wausau, Gary (Lenore) Gebert of Abbotsford, Wayne Gebert of Medford, Elliott (Donna) Gebert of Sheboygan, Karen (Kenton) Marti of Watertown, Lee Gebert of Medford and Lyle (Regina) Gebert of Indiana. Beatrice is further survived by 27 grandchildren, 38 great grandchildren, one great great grandchild and one brother Russell McCarthy.
Besides her husband and parents, Beatrice was preceded in death by 4 sisters and 2 brothers.
Funeral services will be 11:30 a.m. Saturday April 10, 2010 at the Helke Funeral Home, Wausau. Officiating will be the Reverend Dennis Romine. Entombment will be in Restlawn Memorial Park Mausoleum. Visitation will be Saturday from 10:30 a.m. until the time of services at the funeral home.
