Betty Tesch

Betty Jo (Graap) Tesch "Betty Boop", 54, passed away unexpectedly on February 14th, 2017. Betty was born Oct. 30th, 1962, in Merrill, WI, to Harold and Barbara (Pruett) Graap.
Betty was a hard worker her entire life, with her most recent employment being at Kraft Foods.
Betty was always so full of life and had a great sense of humor. She was very outspoken and had a heart of gold. She treated everyone she met as family.
Betty enjoyed playing bingo, shooting pool, and cherished the time she spent with her children and grandchildren. She was especially close to her oldest grandchild, Eboni, whom she raised for most of her life. Eboni was Betty's whole world.
In 2005, Betty met the love of her life, Kyle Tesch, whom she married Oct. 5th, 2007.
Betty is preceded in death by her husband Kyle Tesch, parents Harold & Barbara Graap; sister Teresa Graap; brother Brian Graap; and nephews Brandon Duginski and Jason Graap.
She is survived by her sisters Pat (Ted) Haring of Wausau, WI and Sue (Joel) Koehler of Merrill, WI; brothers Robert (Sandy) Graap and Bruce (Joyce) Graap, all of Merrill, WI; Jack (Linda) Graap of Wausau, WI. Her children Tashia (Jamie) Dampier of Wisconsin Rapids, WI; Bobbi (Alonzo) Wilson, her baby boy Joshua "JJ" (April) Whiting, Sr, and step-son Dylan Beyer, all of Wausau, WI; her grandchildren Eboni, Tyrique, Keara, Antonio, Joshua, Jr, Jordan, Paige, Adriana, Austin & Kylie; and many nieces and nephews, along with an overwhelming number of friends.
A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, February 26th, 2017 at Eagles Club, 1703 S 3rd Avenue, Wausau, WI. Visitation will start at 1pm. There will be a small service at 2pm, with a social dinner to follow.
