Cindy Casanova

Cindy Marie Casanova, 59, of Wausau passed away unexpectedly at her home Wednesday May 29, 2019. She was born on April 16, 1960 in Milwaukee the daughter of Leonard and Shirley (Johnson) Kutchenriter. On April 7, 1989 Cindy married Luis Antonio Casanova at the Marathon County Court House.
Cindy was a devoted mother and wife and her true joy in life was spending time with her family. She also enjoyed cooking and trying new recipes that she had found. She had a strong faith in God and attended Trinity Lutheran and was in involved with various church activities.
She is survived by her husband Luis “Tony” Casanova; daughters Deana and Emily; mother Shirley Johnson; sisters Marsha Streeter; Carla (Michael) Beckman; Gail (Bernie) Androsko; brother Mark Kutchenriter; and her cherished dog Sheba.
Cindy was preceded by her father Leonard, and her precious border collie Pumba.
Funeral Services will be Sunday June 2, 2019 at the Helke Funeral Home, 302 Spruce St. at 6:00 p.m. Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. until the time of service.
