DeLloyd Zeinert

DeLloyd "Del" Zeinert went to be with his Lord and Savior on September 9, 2013 at Aspirus Wausau Hospital at the age of 79.
He was born December 21, 1933 in the town of Morris to the late Harold and Agnes (Bernarde) Zeinert. Del graduated from Bowler High School in 1952. He served in the U.S. Army in Hawaii from 1952 until 1956. Del married Patricia Pederson at St. John's Lutheran Church, Mattoon on July 13, 1957. He was employed at Marathon Electric from 1957 until his retirement in 1996. Del enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening, bowling and golf. He loved spending time with his children and grandchildren watching their sports and dance.
Survivors besides his wife Pat include two sons, Ranae Zeinert of Mosinee and his children, Shelly Zeinert and Jesse (Jenny) Zeinert and their children, Kaylynn and Nicole, Brian Zeinert of Chippewa Falls and his children, Breanna and Kiarra, two daughters, Pamela Behrens (Pete Shank) of Mosinee and their children, Brad (Amy) Behrens, Matt Behrens and Sarah Shank, Deanna (Jeff) Bernas of Mosinee and their children, Mason and Cedric, one sister, Sharon (Dennis) Trinko of Bowler, four brothers, Larry of Wittenberg, Darwin (Betty) of Tigerton, Ricky (Patti) of Bowler, Rod (Pat) of Bowler, ex-daughter-in-law, Michellee Zeinert of Chippewa Falls and two sisters-in-law, Lucille Pederson of Mattoon and Lori Zeinert of Wittenberg. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends. Del was preceded in death by his parents, a daughter, Jill, sister, Julaine Olson, brother, Jerald Zeinert, sister-in-law, Bonnie Zeinert and two brothers-in-law, Merwin Pederson and Clarence Olson.
Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m., Friday, September 13, 2013 at Trinity Lutheran Church, 501 Stewart Ave. Reverend Gary Schultz will officiate. Friends may call on Thursday from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the Helke Funeral Home, Wausau and at the church on Friday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services.
