Wausau

Douglas Gene Narlock, 49, of Wausau, passed away October 20, 2024, as a result of a motorcycle accident.

Doug was born February 14, 1975, to parents Ronald and Nancy (Sparks) Narlock. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle and spending time with his friends. He also had a passion for driving stock cars. He is preceded in death by his dad, Ronald Narlock; paternal grandparents, Lambert and Margaret Narlock; and maternal grandparents, Zachary and Phoebe Sparks.

A visitation will be held Saturday, November 9, 2024, from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm at Helke Funeral Home, 302 Spruce Street, Wausau.

Rather than toasting to Doug's memory, we ask that you wear blue in his honor.

Our family wishes to thank the Marathon County Medical Examiner's Office and the Wausau Police Department for their kindness and respectfulness during this difficult time. And to the staff at Helke Funeral Home- we wouldn't have been able to do this without you. Your guidance, kindness and compassion has been deeply appreciated.
