Dylan Thielen

Dylan Diedrich Joseph Thielen, aged 41, passed away unexpectedly 11/11/2024 at home in Wausau, Wi. He was born 1/23/1983 in Racine, Wi where he spent the first part of his life. Dylan then moved to central Wi where he was reunited with a childhood friend Jessica Spaulding where they fell in love and had their son Kaydin together.

Dylan was known for his charismatic personality, artistic talents, and contagious smile. He spent years doing door to door sales for Countryside Meats and America'sChoice. Dylan was a smooth talker with an endless supply of dad jokes and the ability to turn a simple conversation into a sale. His charm made a lasting impression.

An avid poker player, Dylan also enjoyed camping, watching movies, playing with his cats, and spending quality time with his family.

Dylan is survived by his dedicated partner and best friend Jessica Spaulding, sons Dylan jr., Cameron and Kaydin Thielen. Bonus daughters Arieanna and Nevaeh Sura. Grandsons Jordan and Izayah. Mother, Carrie (Mark) Wenneberg. Siblings Dalton and Calee Jacobsen, Justin and Miles Krekling. Grandmother Gayle Thielen. Mother in law Mary Brown and Brother in law Brian Bj Spaulding. Many other aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and close friends.

He was preceded in death by his father David Krekling, Grandfather Peter Thielen, brother David Spaulding, cousins Sonny Bleichner and Peter Thielen, and so many other family and friends that were taken too soon.

A Celebration of Life for Dyaln will be held at a later date to be determined in Racine and Wausau.
