Edna Giese

Edna Giese, of Wausau , died Monday November 24, 2008 at Mountview Care Center .

Edna was born April 15, 1908 in the town of Berlin to the late Henry and Frieda (Scharbius) Baumann. She married Lawrence Giese on June 15, 1934 in the town of Berlin . Lawrence preceded her in death on May 31, 1978 .

Survivors include three sons; Robert (Darlene) Giese of Stockton, Calif. , Wayne (Delores) Giese of Wausau, and Dennis (Mary Ann) Giese of Schofield, 6 grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren.

Besides her parents and husband, Edna was preceded in death by two sons Dale and Gary, two brothers and four sisters.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Friday November 28, 2008 at the Helke Funeral Home, Wausau . Officiating will be the Reverend Matthew Hein. Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 10 a.m. until the time of services at the funeral home.
