Iva Beck

Iva Louise Beck, 98, of Wausau, passed away Saturday, November 7, 2015, at Applegate Terrace, Wausau, under the care of Aspirus Comfort Care and Hospice Services.

Iva was born June 12, 1917, in Wausau, WI, daughter of the late Henry and Augusta (Neitzel) Beck. She received her education in country school and began farming on the family farm near the Town of Stettin. In later years she made her home in Wausau.

Iva is survived by two nephews, Eldon Radant and Wallace (Angela) Beck both of Wausau; niece–in-law, Betty Beck, Town of Stettin; and other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by two sisters, Hildegarde and Leila; three brothers, Erwin, Alfred, and Clarence; nephews Roderie and Jerome.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, November 13, 2015, at the Helke Funeral Home, 302 Spruce Street, Wausau, with Rev. Phil Bogen, Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, Town of Stettin officiating. Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. until the time of services on Friday. Interment will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery, Wausau.
