Jackson Lee and Jacob Michael Hoffman, beloved twin sons of Adam and Connie Hoffman, were born into the arms of the angels on Tuesday, May 28th 2013. These beautiful baby boys touched many lives in such a brief time.
Jackson and Jacob's memory will live on in the hearts of their parents, Adam and Connie; big brother, Isaac; maternal grandparents, Patrick and Sharon Wimmer; paternal grandpa, Russell Hoffman; maternal great-grandma, Beverly Krueger; paternal great-grandma, Barb Wegner; three aunts, Amy Gumtz, Katie (Ryan) Wojciechowski, and Amber (Phil) Dupee; two uncles, Dean Gumtz and Matthew Hoffman; and three cousins, Mason and Aiden Wojciechowski and Tanner Dupee.
They were welcomed into Heaven by their paternal grandma, Susan Hoffman.
The family will receive guests on Saturday, June 1st, from 3 p.m. until 5 p.m. at the Helke Funeral Home, Wausau.
