Jessie Karnack

Jessie Jo (Mueller) Karnack, 27, Wausau, passed July 15, 2014 at Aspirus Wausau Hospital.

Jessie was born November 28, 1986 in Wausau to Brian and Tammy (Schultz) Mueller. She graduated from Northland Lutheran High School in 2005 and later attended the Art Institute of America before transferring to Rasmussen College, Wausau to complete her Associate of Applied Sciences degree in Multimedia Technologies with honors in 2013. Jessie worked in quality control at Eastbay in the Customization Department.

Jessie blazed her own trail in life, embracing her artist's muse. She was well known for her work in the graphic arts and her anime style. Jessie was also an aspiring author, cupcake decorator and always active on social media. Her beautiful smile and colorful, quick wit will be sadly missed by all those she knew.

Jessie is survived by her beloved son, Dayton; mother, Tammy Mueller; sister, Jamie (Ashley Smart) Mueller; maternal grandparents, Beverly and Allen Schultz; aunts and uncles, Brian (Shirley) Schultz, Joshua Schultz and Nancy (John) Mitchell; cousins, Matthew (Yvonne) Mitchell, Jennifer (Milt) Mueller, Lucas (Sheila) Mitchell and Branden Schultz; best friends, Jamie and Phil Pospyhalla. She is preceded in death by her father, Brian Mueller and paternal grandparents, Harold and Betty Mueller.

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Monday, July 21, 2014 at Helke Funeral Home, Wausau. Reverend Robert Edwards will officiate.
