Kenneth Seidler
June 25, 1953 — August 6, 2017
Kenneth John Seidler, 64, of the town of Stettin, was called home by his heavenly Father unexpectedly on Sunday, August 6, 2017.
He was born June 25, 1953, in Wausau to the late Ervin and Loretta (Johnson) Seidler. He will be sadly missed by his children: Laura (Mike) Horgan of Wausau, Steve Seidler of Hudson, and Jeff (Kristen) Seidler of Eau Claire, and grandchildren, Alex and Caitlyn Horgan and Ethan Seidler.
Survivors also include siblings, James (Barb) Seidler of Manitowoc, Larry (Jean) Seidler of Schofield, Sarah (Greg) Falk of Rib Mountain, and Michael (Chrissy) Seidler of Rib Mountain; many nieces and nephews; and former wife, Gerry Seidler of Wausau.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Tom Seidler.
Ken graduated from Wausau West in 1971 and worked for 40+ years at Crestline/SNE Enterprises before retirement. He enjoyed working on his home and yard, was an avid sports fan, enjoyed the Green Bay Packers, NASCAR, and local high school sports. He especially enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren. He was an outdoorsman, hunter, played church dartball, and was a Sheepshead Shark. Also cherished the time with his family at the cabin near Presque Isle.
A celebration of his life will be Friday, August 11, 2017, at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 930 Edgewood Road, Wausau, at 6:00 p.m. Visitation prior to the service, beginning at 4:00 p.m. at the church.
