Lloyd A. Uttecht

October 2, 1943 — September 10, 2024

Lloyd Allen Uttecht, of Wausau, Wisconsin joined his friends and family in heaven on September 10, 2024. He is joining his son Brian, his sister Judy, his parents Gilbert and Dora, his brother-in-law Frank and his childhood best friend Donny. He is survived by his wife MayAnn Uttecht (Heindl); his son Randy (Misty) Uttecht, his grandchildren Kate (Jesse) Uttecht, Alexi Uttecht, Alaina Uttecht and Tyler Wenzel; his great grandchildren Payton Lewis and Kollins Lewis; his brothers Larry Uttecht, Larry (Cindy) Heindl and Dolores; and many nieces and nephews.

Lloyd was born in Birnamwood Wisconsin to the late Gilbert and Dora Uttecht. He joined the military straight out of high school. He was a mechanic in the US Army and served his country proudly. After exiting the Army, he found the love of his life, MaryAnn Heindl. Lloyd worked hard and kept the promise he made to her mother, to always take care of her. They purchased a mechanic shop and Lloyds Auto Repair was born. Lloyd and MaryAnn opened their lived to two beautiful boys, Brian Allen and Randy Michael. They became family and the adventures began. They purchased a family cabin in which many of these memories for friends and family were made. Lloyds love for MaryAnn only grew with time and they spent 50 wonderful years together. His ability to make life long friends will also never be forgotten. He will be missed by many. We know Lloyd will be up in heaven watching over all whom he loved.
