Mildred Schoenrock

Mildred Schoenrock, 87, formerly of Wausau, died Tuesday August 17, 2010 at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Marshfield.





Mildred was born December 29, 1922 in Edgar, to the late Emil and Helen (Grosskruetz) Baeseman. She married Norman Schoenrock on January 31, 1941 in Wausau. Norman preceded her in death on September 4, 1999. Mildred was a floor inspector for Marathon Battery before retiring. She enjoyed doing needlework, gardening and canning, fishing and camping up North.





Mildred is survived by two daughters; Joyce (Ron) Heussner of Milwaukee, and Carol Weinkauf of Ringle, six grandchildren; Terri (Frank) Tilotta, Lisa Weinkauf, Robert (Sherry) Weinkauf, Tracy Anderson, Troy Anderson and Tony Huessner, four great grandchildren; and four sisters; Elmira (Wilfred) Hill of Calif., Naomi Williams of Mich., Bernice Hoyum of Wausau, and Grace (Floyd) Brund of Horagon.





Mildred was preceded in death by one daughter Arlene Schoenrock on December 25, 1982.





Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday August 24, 2010 at the Helke Funeral Home, Wausau. There will be no visitation prior. Private family burial will be at Restlawn Memorial Park.
