Nathalie A. Andrus, 88, Wausau died Friday, May 29, 2015 at Aspirus Wausau Hospital.
She was born August 4, 1926 in Wausau, daughter of the late Leo and Johanna (Michael) Beilke. She married Richard Andrus on August 26, 1950 in the Town of Maine, Wausau, he survives.
Nat was a wonderful cook, homemaker, wife, mother, grandmother and great- grandmother. She was very active in her church, Trinity Lutheran as a Sunday school teacher, in Altar Guild, quilting group, Bible study and Welfare Workers. She loved to cook in her kitchen, canning vegetables from her garden, doing daily ironing, spending time at their lake Nokomis cabin, traveling in retirement years and keeping a lovely home.
Survivors include her husband, Richard Andrus; children, Mary Kay (Ted) Bensen, John (Janean) Andrus, Rev. David (Debb) Andrus; her grandchildren, Angela (Aaron Boeckermann) Stoeckman, Trisha (Cedar) Decker, Ashley Edelburg, Tori Andrus, Meg Andrus, and her great-grandchildren, Mya and Raya Decker. She is also survived by her brother Reuben Beilke. She was preceded in death by infant son Steve, brother Otto (Evelyn) Beilke, sister Elaine (John) Moss, sister-in-law Pat Beilke and her parents.
Funeral service will held on Tuesday, June 2, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church, 501 Stewart Ave, Wausau with Rev. Gary Schultz officiating. Visitation will be Monday, June 1, 2015 at Helke Funeral Home in Wausau from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. and one hour prior to services at the church. Entombment will be Restlawn Chapel Mausoleum, Wausau.
