Otto Pilz

Otto W. Pilz died in Toledo, Ohio on December 31, 2010, at the age of 95. He was born January 19, 1915, the son of the late Rev. P. Martin Pilz and Bertha (Rausch) Pilz. Surviving is a sister-in-law, Dorothy Pilz, of Alton, IL; a nephew, David Pilz, of Susanville, CA; and a niece, Catherine Massey, of Godfrey, IL. Mr. Pilz was employed as an electrical engineer for Consumers Power Company in Michigan for 30 years until his retirement in 1976. He was a member of St. Paula�(TM)s Lutheran Church in Toledo, OH.
Funeral services will take place at Helke Funeral Home, Wausau, on Saturday, January 8, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. with the Rev. Phil Bogen officiating. Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home. Burial in Stettin Christian Cemetery, Town of Stettin. You may sign the family guestbook at helke.com.
