Peggy Wheeler

Peggy Ellen Wheeler, 77, of Wausau, passed away unexpectedly at her home. She was born to Harold and Martha (Lybarker) Dickey on January 7, 1938, in Petoskey, Michigan.
She will be remembered as a caring mother that dearly loved her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Peggy enjoyed time spent outdoors fishing or going for walks.
Survivors include her children, Peggy (Todd), David (Heidi), Barbara (Glenn), Ron (Lori), Robert (Barb), and Douglas; grandchildren, Halli, Leslie (Dustin), Christopher, Nicole, Robert, Cody, Ashley, Randy, Brandon, and Amanda; and great-grandchildren, Zachary, Jason, Paige, Jaiden, Halli, and Michael.
She was preceded in death by her parents, grandparents, and brothers.
A private family graveside service will be held in Grand Haven, Michigan, this summer.
