Roger Jehn

Roger Robert Jehn, 60, Wausau, died Wednesday, January 19, 2011 at Aspirus Wausau Hospital.

Roger was born April 21, 1950 at St. Marya�(TM)s Hospital in Wausau to the late Reno and Agnes (Hargraves) Jehn. Upon graduation from Wausau High School, Roger joined the Army from 1969 to 1972. Roger married Shirley Modrzejewski on September 15, 2973 in Wausau. Over the years, Roger worked for Conner Forestry for 12 years until their closing and then Marathon Electric as a punch press operator for 18 years until his retirement.

Roger had a sincere love of life and a great sense of humor. He had a great love of working on cars, watching Nascar and going to State Park Speedway for races. In her free time, Roger enjoyed bowling, playing cards at Dominoes Bar and cooking at home.

Roger is survived by his beloved wife, Shirley; daughter, Shelly (Chris) Dorman; son, David Jehn; granddaughter, Brooklynn; brother, Richard (Diane) Jehn; sister, Virginia Fenske; good friend, Mark Krueger; dog, Princess; and many more extended family and friends.

Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Monday, January 24, 2011 at Wesley United Methodist Church, Wausau. Reverend Tim Vanden Langenberg will be officiating. Visitation will be at the church on Monday from 10:00 AM until the time of services at 11:00. You may sign our family guest book at www.helke.com.
