Sawyer Howard

Sawyer Lee "Popeye" Howard, passed away unexpectedly, Thursday, August 20, 2015 at his home in Wausau.
Sawyer was born June 24, 2015, the loving son of Derick Howard and Toshia Betts. Sawyer was a happy baby and enjoyed his Binky, watching movies, his kitties Cash and Shadow, taking walks, reading time with his daddy, his baseball glove but did not enjoy his bath time.
He is survived by his parents, maternal grandparents, Anna Betts and Eric Betts, paternal grandmother Holly Howard, paternal great grandparents Barbara Betts, Theadore Betts, paternal great grandparents, Edward Witt and Sharon Witt, aunts Emily Betts, Tina Howard and Nichole Howard, uncle James Howard, cousins Glennon and Mattieanna Sechser, Marquee (Cassandra) Utecht , 12 additional cousins, great uncles Rob Peters and Kent Peters and great aunt Tina Utecht.
Sawyer was preceded in death by great grandparents Stella Peters and Kenneth Peters and great uncle Rodney Peters.
A public gathering will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 25, 2015 concluding with prayers at noon at the Helke Funeral Home, 302 Spruce Street, Wausau.
