Stanley H. Spulak, 94, Wausau, passed away Wednesday, September 28, 2016, at St. Clare's Hospital in Weston surround by his family.
Stanley was born April 10, 1922, in Chicago, IL, son of the late Otto and Sophia (Sudat) Spulak. He was united in marriage to Beverly Lillie on March 6, 1948 in Pine City, MN.
He worked painting homes in the area before taking employment with the City of Wausau in the City Works Department until his retirement.
Stanley is survived by his wife Beverly, nine children, Ronald (Laura) Spulak, Wausau, Jacqueline (Gary) Semerau, Marathon, Terry (Gary) Paulson, Surprise, AZ, Marsha (Ron) Wadzinski, Marathon, Bruce Spulak, Wausau, Peggy (Harold) Osland, Wausau, Karla (Dave) Lisowe, Plymouth, WI, Trudy (Roy) Anderson, Novi, MI and Scott (KC) Spulak, Wausau, 25 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a daughter Robin Gogin, one brother, Walter and two sisters, Florence and Mary Jane.
Private family services were held at Mt. Olive Lutheran Church, Weston with Pastor Ray Connor officiating. Burial followed in the Pine Grove Cemetery, Wausau.
